Olvios River Bridge

The Olvios River originates from Mount Black (Chelidorea Mountains) and ends at the sinkholes of Saiyta after crossing the entire Feneos plain. At the beginning of its journey, before reaching the "Heraclean" channels that lead it to the sinkholes, it flows turbulently through the narrow passage between the slopes of Ziria and Helmos mountains. There, in the village of Steno, the river was bridged to facilitate communication for the residents. The four-arched stone bridge is now one of the most beautiful attractions in the area. Picturesque and proud, it stands fearless above the riverbed and the turbulent waters that form small waterfalls as they fall over the terraces. It is a place that visitors can easily access and experience the wild beauty of the unique Feneos nature up close!
