Friganis is an extensive limestone cliff with conglomerate inclusions, located on the eastern slopes of Mount Ziria, at the edge of the Stymphalia Lake plateau.
The environment is idyllic, surrounded by vineyards, trees, and vibrant colors, especially in the autumn.
It is just 120 "quick" kilometers from Athens (via the national road), making it convenient for a day trip. Additionally, it is an ideal field to either start or end your climbing tour through the climbing areas of the Peloponnese.
